HUNTERSVILLE DESIGN FIRM RECEIVES PRESTIGIOUS NATIONAL HONOR
Huntersville business owner Kevin Holdridge of KDH Residential Designs, a Certified Professional Building Designer, Certified Green Professional and current President of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), took home the 2016 “Designer of the Year” Award last week at the annual summer conference held at the Governor’s Residence in Denver, Colorado.
The prestigious award was presented on August 27 by AIBD College of Fellows representative, Jannis Vann, in recognition of Mr. Holdridge’s nine years of service to the American Institute of Building Design as member, Immediate Past President of the AIBD, Charlotte Metro Chapter, and now President of the AIBD. This isn’t the first award KDH Residential Designs has received this year. In January, KDH received the “Best of Houzz” for Design and Customer Satisfaction by Houzz, the leading platform for home remodeling and design. They were chosen by more than 25 million monthly unique users that comprise the Houzz community from among more than 500,000 active home building, remodeling and design industry professionals.
KDH Residential Designs helps their clients get the most out of their property, their floor plan and their budget. “We design today’s homes for today’s lifestyles, if you can dream it and fund it, our firm can make it happen. Let us draw your dream,” says Holdridge. Their services include custom home design, remodeling and additions, kitchen designs, bathroom designs and outdoor living design.
